Trustee Report Sept-Oct 2024

The Terrible Trolley keeps marching along...

Michael celebrates the acquisition and installation of the missing gutter from the rear of the car.  He drove out to Ashley Ohio and removed it from 1728 which is still parked in Ed Miller's former building.  He also acquired seats and cushions which were needed by member Steven Kutnetzov for his 1734, which is under restoration in Ellwood City.

Truck cross-fertilization continues at Reliance with Dave Hamley and Dick Rhoton working to move parts from Pittsburgh gauge trucks to Shaker Heights Rapid Transit 94 trucks to produce wide gauged finished products.  See Dick's report for the complete story.

Wiring for the installation of the the electric gate for Electric Way access to the paid side of the property was undertaken by Kevin.

Ralph Ciccone provided some more advertising cards that will be useful in 4004 and possibly 1713.  Ralph was the source for many of the cards I installed in 4004 when it entered service and was placed on display in the late 2000 aughts.
